The Golden Life wine packaging draws inspiration from the curvy beauty and golden color of traditional Japanese harmony architecture. It aims to capture the essence of Chinese and Japanese traditional elements while showcasing the pure and authentic brewing technology of green plum wine. The design incorporates elements from the Heian temple, Kamakura house, and various styles of Zen architecture introduced from China.
One of the standout features of the Golden Life packaging is the opening on the side. This design not only maintains the original concept of Japanese curve elements but also reduces material usage and simplifies the production process. The packaging is made of polyethylene, paper, foil, and other composite materials, creating a high-tech food preservation method.
The bottle itself is made of glass, ensuring the wine remains unaffected by any chemical reactions. Glass containers are known for their stability and resistance to corrosion from alcohol or acids. This makes them an ideal choice for preserving the quality of the wine over time. As the wine ages, it develops a subtle organic acid and aromatic ethyl acetate, enhancing its flavor and aroma.
The Golden Life wine packaging measures 10mm x 20mm x 250mm, providing a compact yet elegant solution for storing and presenting the wine. Its sleek design and exquisite craftsmanship make it a true work of art.
To open the package, simply remove the outer ring and ribbon. The ribbon not only adds a touch of elegance but also serves to secure and transport the package. Hold the lower part of the wine package with one hand and use the other hand to open the box, revealing the beautifully presented wine inside.
The Golden Life wine packaging project began in April 2017 in Qingdao and was completed in August 2017. Throughout the design process, the team faced challenges in both packaging design and wine brewing. However, their dedication and expertise resulted in a stunning product that combines functionality and aesthetics.
The Golden Life wine packaging has been recognized for its excellence and innovation. It was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Packaging Design category in 2020. This prestigious award is given to designs that meet professional and industrial requirements, showcasing practicality, innovation, and adherence to industry best practices.
With its fusion of Chinese and Japanese architectural elements, the Golden Life wine packaging offers customers a unique and immersive experience. The golden color and intricate design evoke a sense of tradition and elegance, allowing wine enthusiasts to indulge in a dream-like atmosphere. This packaging truly exemplifies the harmonious integration of two rich cultural heritages.
